How do I start shopping?

Simply select a product category from the top navigation box. From each product category, you will be able to select individual products and add them to your cart. Please note for apparel items you will need to select your sizing first and than enter the quantity for that specific size.


How do I add products to the shopping cart?

Once you have selected a product, fill out the necessary fields such as color, size and quantity. Then, click the Add to Cart button.


What happens if I place an order and the item is out of stock?

Customer Service will contact you regarding any inventory issues after the order has fully processed.


Production Time

Standard production time is approximately 10-12 business days + transit.


Payment

All purchases may be completed with a valid credit card. Please use a personal credit card for personal purchases and your PNC card for any Metro Atlanta Chamber ordering needs. 

If you have a larger order that you would prefer not to place on your PNC card, please contact bmace@themrlgroup.com for assistance with payment options.


Shipping Time + Cost

Shipments are made via standard FedEx Ground, estimate 3-5 business days. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you will be able to review the total before completing your purchase. 

Please note that shipping rates are based on standard carrier pricing, similar to what you would pay at a local shipping store, rather than the discounted rates often associated with large retailers like Amazon. To help reduce shipping costs, we recommend bundling multiple items into a single order whenever possible.


Return Policy

Please select your item options carefully. Due to the custom nature of your order we are not able to issue refunds or exchanges on items incorrectly ordered. Due to the custom nature of your order, we are not able to guarantee any changes to your order after it has been placed. If you would like to make a change to your order within 1 business day of placing your order, please email us with your request and order number and we will do our best to accommodate. If you have issues with your order arriving damage or you received the incorrect item, please contact us by email including order number and photos within 7 business days of delivery.
